Who we are

No lies, no medicines for better body and health.

At Dhakad Yoga Panchakarma and Naturopathy Swasthyashala, we honour the ancient Sanatana tradition of yoga as a holistic path for healing the body (Sharir), mind (Manas), and soul (Atma). Rooted in Vedic sciences, our approach integrates Patanjali Yoga Shastra, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Ayurvedic Panchakarma, and naturopathy. We emphasize slow, breath-centered practice over fast, fitness-focused routines. Our mission is to restore yoga’s true purpose—as a sacred sadhana for transformation and self-realization. By aligning practices with each individual’s Prakriti and Vikriti, we offer personalized guidance for healing, balance, and inner harmony. Yoga is not a trend—it is a timeless path to wholeness.

Why we thought to teach yoga ?

Many yoga teachers today treat yoga like regular gym workouts—rushing through poses without proper focus on breath, posture, or purpose. As a result, many people don’t understand the true reason behind practicing yoga. Our aim is to raise awareness about the authentic purpose of yoga and its deeper connection to well-being. By aligning daily habits with your unique body constitution (prakriti) through Ayurvedic principles, up to 70% of healing can be achieved. We provide personalized lifestyle guidance to help restore inner balance and harmony.

Have you done Yoga before?

What is your purpose for doing Yoga?

Are you involved in any physical exercise or therapy?

Do you suffer from any chronic or acute health conditions?

Based on this, we prepare a 3 session observation schedule, where the aspirant is gently introduced to basic Asanas, Pranayama, and Shatkarmas. After assessing their stamina, strength, flexibility, and response, we design a 3-months personalized Yoga and Pranayama plan, which is gradually intensified in alignment with their growth.
