The pressures of academic performance, social validation, body image, and online distractions have deeply affected their physical and psychological well-being. Yoga for Adolescence is one of the most important responsibilities for us, At Dhakad Yoga Panchakarma & Naturopathy Swasthyashala, we address this crisis by bringing time-tested yogic practices into the lives of adolescents. It helps with stress reduction, improves focus and memory, and promotes emotional regulation. Through curated sessions that blend asana, pranayama, mindfulness, storytelling, and emotional regulation tools, we empower young minds too
